Summer or winter holidays as they should be! Away from stress and the daily routine, switch off, feel good, experience nature and make new friends! Our guesthouse is situated in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt Ski Amadé in Altenmarkt / Zauchensee in the glorious Salzburg state, framed by the mountains of the Upper Tauern. If you happen to come in winter, you will only be a few minutes  by car from the slopes of Altenmarkt / Zauchensee's skiing region or the wonderful pistes of  Flachau's world cup resort.

But we are also ideally situated for summer holidays. We are the central starting point for sports and leisure activities in the Altenmarkt / Zauchensee region. In our restaurant "Die Taverne" we will spoil you with delicacies from the  traditional local cuisine of Salzburg and Austria's other regions, as well as with Italian, Asian and trendy light dishes for the health conscious gourmet. To adequately complement the delicious dishes indulging the palate,  we will serve you a good Tröpferl wine from our well stocked wine cellar.
