Optional Services & Restaurant
Lunch and dinner: You can enjoy Austrian and international specialties in the adjoining Gasthof Laudersbach. Reservations are necessary and recommended, especially during the high season. Just let the reception know – we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
Minibar: The rooms do not have a minibar, but there is a “Maxi-Bar” in the upper hotel area. The vending machine offers a large selection of wines, beer, snacks, and refreshing drinks – available 24/7 all year round. Cash and contactless payment are accepted.
Arrival:
Your room will be ready at the latest by 4:00 p.m., earlier check-in is possible upon request and availability. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please contact us in advance at +43 6452 6075 so that we can prepare for your late arrival.
Departure:
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. A late check-out is possible upon request for a small additional fee. Thank you.
Depending on the duration and timing of your stay, a deposit may be required to guarantee your booking.
You will receive information about this in your reservation confirmation.
Here are Laudersbach’s cancellation terms:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee, only a €25 processing fee.
- From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- From 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price.
- From 2 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total price.
- For special rates, conditions may differ from these standard terms.
- During high season (Dec 24 – Jan 6 and Feb 1 – Mar 1), 30% of the total cost will be charged from 3 months before arrival.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Prices are per person, including our gourmet breakfast.
The local tax (€3.00 per person per night) is charged additionally.
The final price will be confirmed in your offer or booking confirmation.
Room layouts and photos are examples, as rooms within the same category may vary.
The new building has an elevator; rooms in the main building are accessible by stairs only.
Children’s rates in parents’ room (bed & breakfast):
- Up to 2 years: free of charge (in parents’ bed)
- 2–9 years: €45 per night
- 10–14 years: €50 per night

Special price for the 3rd or 4th person in the room (from 15 years):
- Bed & breakfast: €55
Baby crib: €20 per day
Dogs are welcome in the Almlust room category (ground floor, wooden flooring) upon prior request.
Price: €25 per day.
If extra cleaning is required, an additional fee will be charged.

If you find a lower online rate after booking, we will refund the price difference, provided that the lower rate is publicly available online.
